This blend of essential oils is a wonderful way to promote relaxation and destress!  We have included four essential oils in a carrier base of:

• Fractionated Coconut Oil (Medium Chain Triglycerides) is a lightweight, non-greasy, odourless oil that is ideal for massage as it is absobed quickly.
• Sweet Almond Oil is popular in massage due tothe nourishing properties and ability to glide over skin without leaving a greasy residue.
• Sunflower Seed Oil has several benefits as a massage oil, as it's generally safe for most skin types, and lightweight.  It has a high concentration of Vitamin E, to nourish and protect against  free-radical damage.

Our Essential Oil blend contains:

• Lavender: for its calming and relaxing properties.
• Pink Grapefruit: for its refreshing and citrusy aroma that may help to lift your mood.
• Frankincense: for its reputation of being calming and grounding, making it ideal for relaxation and stress relief.
• Fragonia: Less common. but a newish Australian trademarked essential oil that is known for its calming and balancing properties.  It is also a muscle relaxant, and great for stress related muscle tension!
